Buy Back Policy

 

In accordance with Nature4Ever’s established buy-back guidelines, the company will accept product returns only from direct selling distributors who resign from their distributorship, subject to the following conditions:

1. 1. Product Condition
   The returned products must be:
• In good physical condition
• Usable
• Resalable
• Restockable
• Unopened and unaltered
• Within valid shelf life
  Products failing to meet these standards will not be eligible for buy-back.
2. 2. Invoice Requirement
   The product invoice must be within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
3. 3. Refund Amount
   Upon approval of the return:
• The refund will be calculated based on the distributor cost of the products returned.
• From this amount, the company will deduct:
• Any payout or bonus previously paid on the original purchase
• 10% service charges for processing and handling

The final refund amount will be issued only after all conditions are verified and approved by Nature4Ever.
